For over 300 years, Japan’s geisha have been held in awe for their enduring wisdom and breathtakingly beautiful, porcelain skin

Their spa culture is thousands of years old and traditional ingredients such as volcanic mud, wakame seaweed, rice bran and even nightingale droppings have been shown to have skin benefits (the bird droppings, long used by geisha and kabuki actors, contain the enzyme guanine, which brightens the skin).
